Delete your MightClub account
You can delete your account yourself, in the app, at any time. It happens at once and on every device. If you can't use the app, ask us by email.
Delete it in the app
The same steps work in the Android app, on iPhone and in the web app at app.mightclub.net.
- Open MightClub and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- On the Today screen, tap your profile photo in the top corner. Profile & Settings opens.
- Scroll to the end and tap Delete account.
- Read what will be deleted, switch on I understand this can't be undone, then tap Delete my account.
You need to be online. If the connection drops, nothing is deleted and you can try again.
Or ask us by email
Write to support@mightclub.net from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 30 days. Write to the same address if you have already deleted the account in the app and want your email sign-in removed as well.
What gets deleted
Everything MightClub keeps about you goes at once, on every device:
- Your profile: name, username, bio and photos.
- Your synced data: workouts and sets, food diary, water and weigh-ins, nutrition profile, checklists, coach conversations and settings.
- Your activity and leaderboard scores, and your place in challenges.
- Your notification addresses, the messages you sent us from Help & feedback, and error reports.
- The messages and photos you sent in chats are emptied and show as deleted. Your reactions, votes and ticks come off other people's messages.
- Your private chats are deleted for both sides. You leave every group, channel and shared list.
What is kept, and for how long
Your email sign-in
The sign-in itself stays, so you can start again with an empty account. It's removed when you ask us at the address above, within 30 days.
A note of when you deleted the account
Kept with the sign-in so a device still signed in from before can't bring its data back. It goes when the sign-in is removed.
Groups, channels and shared lists you own
They stay for their other members and pass to the longest-standing admin or member. One with nobody left in it is deleted.
Delete some data, keep the account
You can delete entries, lists, coach conversations, the messages and photos you sent, and the chats and lists you own in the app at any time, without deleting your account.
